While you can argue whether it was clean or not, whether or not he was &#8220;hunting&#8221; Savvy or not&#8230; The question that pops into my head is, what if it was Crosby, Malkin, Ovi or even Kane on the receiving end of a hit like that.  Would the outcome from Campbell have been different?</p>
<p><em>Campbell’s explanation was that in the rule book, there is no penalty for what Cooke did. Cooke didn’t leave his feet. Campbell declared that Cooke didn’t throw an elbow.</em></p>
